## Company boilerplate

JackIQ is a Company Brain for founders working across multiple AI agents,
sessions, and tools. It serves each agent the company’s accumulated decisions,
language, evidence, constraints, and operating methodology instead of forcing
the founder to start from zero. A governed dreaming loop consolidates what the
company learns, surfaces opportunities and contradictions, and keeps human
judgment at the center. The Brain is private, model-agnostic, portable, and
owned by the founder.

## Founder and origin

JackIQ was founded by Jack Phan, Founding Director of the Oregon AI Accelerator.
After working directly with 19 founders, Jack saw the same constraint repeat:
powerful AI tools were multiplying, but company context and decision history
were fragmenting across sessions. JackIQ turns the operating methods behind
that hands-on founder work into persistent, governed intelligence that founders
can carry across the agents they choose.
